Prompt 2 - Know your human

You are an expert consumer psychologist and brand strategist. I need your help creating a deep, psychographic-rich profile of our target customer.

CONTEXT:

Our brand purpose is: [PASTE YOUR OUTPUT FROM STEP 1 HERE]

Product Category: [Your category]

Market: India, D2C online primarily

YOUR TASK:

Create a detailed human profile (not just demographics) of our ideal customer. Go beyond age/income - I need to understand their psychology.

Please create:

1. THE HUMAN (Give them a name and make them REAL):

   - Age range and life stage: [e.g., "Priya, 28, young professional"]

   - Current life situation: [job, living situation, relationships]

   - A day in their life: [What does Saturday morning look like?]

2. PSYCHOGRAPHICS (This is the most important part):

   - Core Values: What 3 things matter most to them in life?

   - Beliefs: What do they believe about [your category]? About themselves?

   - Aspirations: Who are they trying to become? What future do they want?

   - Fears/Frustrations: What keeps them up at night? What annoys them daily?

   - Current Behavior: What brands do they already love and why?

   - Decision Drivers: What makes them choose one brand over another?

3. RELATIONSHIP TO OUR CATEGORY:

   - Current Pain Point: What problem do they experience that we solve?

   - Barriers to Purchase: What stops them from buying products like ours?

   - Emotional Need: Beyond the functional benefit, what emotional need do we fulfill?

   - Search Behavior: Where do they discover new brands? Who influences them?

4. LANGUAGE & COMMUNICATION:

   - How do they talk about problems in our category?

   - What words/phrases resonate with them?

   - What type of content do they consume? (YouTube, Instagram, blogs?)

   - Tone preference: Do they prefer expert/authoritative or friendly/casual?

5. THE INSIGHT (This is key):

   - What do they believe that most brands in our category miss or ignore?

   - What truth about them is not being addressed by current options?

   - What would make them say "Finally, someone gets me!"?

FORMAT:

Create a narrative profile (like a character sketch) that brings this person to life. Write it so my team can FEEL who this person is, not just know their demographics.

Then provide:

✅ Quick Profile Summary: [Name, age, situation, core need]

✅ The Deep Insight: [The one truth about them that our brand uniquely addresses]

✅ How They'd Describe Their Problem: [In their own words, 1-2 sentences]

IMPORTANT:

- Make this person SPECIFIC, not generic ("Priya" not "millennials")

- Go 3 levels deep: They want X, because they need Y, because they truly desire Z

- Connect back to our brand purpose from Step 1

- Focus on Indian market context and cultural nuances

Example of GOOD insight: "Priya wants sustainable products not because she's 'eco-warrior' but because she's tired of feeling guilty every time she shops. She wants to feel good about her choices without sacrificing convenience or aesthetics."

Example of BAD insight: "She cares about the environment and likes good products."

Now, create our customer profile.
