Challenge
Creditt needed a mobile app that could build trust and simplify the complex loan process for first-time digital loan users. The primary challenge was to design a platform that was not only transparent and easy to use for individuals with varied digital literacy levels but also performed efficiently on older devices and in areas with low connectivity.
Approach
We designed with clarity and accessibility at the core. By using simple icons and clean, visual data cards, we made complex loan information easier to understand—even for first-time users. The goal was to reduce cognitive overload and help users feel in control from the start. Knowing that many users would be on older phones or in areas with low connectivity, we optimized the app to run smoothly with lightweight assets and smart loading techniques. We also kept navigation simple and focused, guiding users with one clear action per screen. This helped reduce confusion and made the loan process feel more manageable for people with different levels of digital experience.
