PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
A patent consultancy that finally reads like one.
Arctic Invent runs patent drafting and prosecution across the EPO, USPTO, and Indian Patent Office for startups, SMEs, and Fortune 100 companies — with 100+ specialists across five countries. Its website read like a generic legal-services page. Brandhero rebuilt the site to state, plainly, what Arctic Invent actually does and for whom.
Industry

OVERVIEW
Arctic Invent is an IP and patent consulting firm - not a general law firm - handling patent drafting, prosecution across the EPO, USPTO, and Indian Patent Office, trademark filing, and patent valuation and landscape analysis for a client base spanning startups to Fortune 100 companies. It runs offices in India, the UK, Finland, the US, and Poland, and is part of the Aalbun network spanning 50+ countries.
None of that specificity was showing up on the website. Brandhero redesigned the site's information architecture, content strategy, and interface to state plainly what Arctic Invent does, for whom, and where - instead of reading like any other professional-services template.
The mission was simple:
Build a website that reads like a global patent practice, because that's what Arctic Invent actually runs.

MISSION BRIEF
Patent and IP work is inherently technical, and the old site handled that the way most professional-services sites do: generic reassurance ("clear," "accessible," "credible") standing in for specifics. It never named the jurisdictions Arctic Invent prosecutes in, the scale of its global bench, or the fact that it works with other law firms directly, not just end clients. For a buyer comparing IP consultancies — often another law firm deciding who to trust with outsourced patent drafting — that specificity is exactly what earns a shortlist spot.
The goal was to build a platform that felt:
Clear
Accessible
Credible
Intuitive
Easy to navigate

THE CHALLENGES
01
Real specialization, generic presentation.
Patent drafting, EPO/USPTO/IPO prosecution, trademark filing, patent valuation — genuinely specific work — described in the same generic language any professional-services site uses.
02
A global bench, invisible on the page.
100+ specialists across five countries and a 50+ country network is a real advantage in a fragmented, jurisdiction-specific field. None of that scale was stated anywhere a first-time visitor would see it.
03
Two buyer types, one undifferentiated page.
Arctic Invent serves both direct clients and law firms outsourcing patent work - different buyers with different questions, funneled through the same page.
THE SOLUTION
01
Naming the actual specialization.
The site now states plainly what Arctic Invent does - patent drafting, multi-jurisdiction prosecution, trademark and valuation work — instead of generic legal-services language.
02
The global bench, stated upfront.
100+ specialists, five office locations, and a 50+ country network are now visible early, giving a buyer comparing IP consultancies a concrete reason to shortlist Arctic Invent.
03
Content built around structured discovery.
Clearer information architecture separates the paths for direct clients and law-firm partners.

MISSION COMPLETE
A patent practice that finally reads like one
Arctic Invent demonstrates that in professional services, specificity is the credibility signal - not adjectives. By naming the jurisdictions, the scale, and the two distinct buyers this firm actually serves, the redesigned site gives a visitor concrete reasons to trust Arctic Invent with patent work, instead of asking them to take reassurance on faith.
The redesign contributed to a 65% increase in organic search visibility and a 53% improvement in user engagement, reinforcing the impact of clearer communication and better user experiences.
Because the best IP consultancies don't just draft patents.
They make it obvious, in the first screen, why they're the ones to trust with yours.
