MANUFACTURING
One company, four surfaces, a single system
Robotspace needed a brand, a website, a mobile app and an operating system for the engineers running robotic environments. Building them separately would have produced four different companies. We built them as one.
Industry

OVERVIEW
Robotspace builds intelligent tools for engineers managing robotic systems. As the company's ambition grew, a website stopped being sufficient. What it needed was a digital foundation: an identity that matched the sophistication of the technology, and software that made that technology usable day to day.
Brandhero built that foundation end to end — brand strategy, visual identity, website and Framer development, mobile application, and a specialised operating system for engineers working in robotic environments.
The decision that shaped everything: treat these as one system with four expressions, not four projects sharing a colour palette. A brand that means anything has to hold up inside the product, not just on the homepage.
The mission was:
Build a connected digital ecosystem that makes robotics management intuitive, efficient and scalable.
Brand Strategy
Product UX/UI
Mobile & Web Experience

MISSION BRIEF
Managing robotics systems often requires engineers to work across multiple disconnected tools and interfaces. Complex workflows, fragmented experiences, and technically dense software created unnecessary friction that slowed productivity and increased operational complexity.
Robotspace wanted to simplify this experience by creating a unified platform that brings together branding, software, and product experiences into one cohesive ecosystem designed specifically for engineers.
The goal was to build a platform that felt:
Intelligent
Connected
Efficient
Scalable
Easy to navigate

THE CHALLENGES
01
Unifying four digital products
Brand, website, mobile application and an engineering operating system had to function as one product ecosystem, built in sequence without the later pieces contradicting the earlier ones.
02
Simplifying technical workflows
Engineers needed genuinely powerful operational tools delivered through interfaces that reduced complexity without removing capability.
03
Designing for growth
he system had to support products that didn't exist yet, and stay consistent across every touchpoint as the company expanded
THE SOLUTION
01
Unified Product Ecosystem
One cohesive experience spanning identity, website, mobile app and operating system — consistent in language, structure and behaviour, not just in styling.
02
Engineer-focused UX
Robotics workflows redesigned into interfaces that streamline system management and improve daily productivity for the people actually operating the machines.
03
Modern Digital Foundation
A scalable design system, a Framer-built website their team can extend, and a visual identity built to carry future products rather than just current ones.

KEY MOMENTS
Every interaction was designed to simplify robotics operations while giving engineers the tools they need to work more efficiently.
We designed:
Engineering operating system
Mobile application experience
Robotics management interface
Modern brand identity
Responsive website experience
How can digital design make complex robotics systems easier to manage every day?
DESIGNING FOR CLARITY
Simplified engineering workflows
Intuitive information hierarchy
Consistent product experience
User-centered navigation

MISSION COMPLETE
Creating a smarter future for engineering operations.
Robotspace demonstrates how thoughtful product design can unify complex technologies into seamless digital experiences. By combining strategic branding, intuitive software design, and a scalable product ecosystem, we created a platform that helps engineers manage robotics with greater efficiency while strengthening Robotspace's position as an innovator in industrial automation.
The engagement contributed to a 33% increase in production output while reducing error rates by 14% on key operational tasks, demonstrating the impact of better product experiences on engineering performance.
Because the best engineering platforms don't just manage machines.
They empower the people building the future.
