SAAS & AI
One website rebuild. Every channel converting better.
KNOW was expanding into the US and other global markets and needed its AI-powered evolution to finally look the part. Brandhero rebuilt the site around that story — and in the 59 days after launch, engagement per visit rose 11% site-wide, referral traffic's engagement rate jumped 46%, and every major channel came back more engaged than it left.

OVERVIEW
KNOW is the operating system for frontline teams - a single mobile-first platform replacing the 6+ disconnected tools most operators juggle for training, scheduling, checklists, audits, communications and asset management. It runs frontline operations for Domino's, Popeyes, Jollibee, Singtel and Watsons, processing millions of checklists and trainings every month.
As KNOW expanded into the US and other global markets and moved to properly showcase its AI-powered evolution, its website hadn't kept pace — still the same visual identity and structure from an earlier stage of the company, spread across 11 product pages and 12 industry pages. Brandhero redesigned and rebuilt the site in Webflow - architecture, UI, and front-end - over 12 weeks, so the site could finally represent the company KNOW had grown into.
The mission was simple:
Build a website for the KNOW that's expanding globally today - not the one that existed a few years ago.

UI/UX Design
Webflow Development

MISSION BRIEF
KNOW was expanding into the US and other global territories, and wanted its AI-powered evolution - KNOW Intelligence - properly represented as part of that growth story. The website hadn't moved with it. It still opened with a rotating tool-replacement headline, had no page at all for AI-Powered Insights or Asset Management, and spread the same feature-by-feature story across 12 industry pages and 11 product pages - the same site that had worked for an earlier, smaller KNOW. A website that still looks like where a company started works against every conversation once that company has moved on. The brief was to make the site match the platform KNOW had already become.
The goal was to build a product that felt:
Modern
Credible
Unified
Global-ready
Enterprise-ready

THE CHALLENGES
01
A design from an earlier chapter of KNOW
The site's structure and visual language hadn't changed in years — built for a smaller, earlier-stage KNOW, not the platform now running frontline operations for Domino's, Popeyes and Singtel across expanding global markets. That gap between how the site looked and how far the company had come was working against every enterprise conversation.
02
An AI story with no page to live on
KNOW Intelligence — the platform's AI-powered insights layer — was a real, live capability, but it didn't have a page on the old site at all. In a market where enterprise buyers now expect an AI narrative from any serious platform, KNOW's most forward-looking capability was also its most invisible.
03
Global ambition, told through 12 disconnected pages
With expansion into the US and other global territories underway, the site needed to read as ready for that scale on first impression — not require a buyer to dig through 12 separate industry pages and 11 disconnected product pages to understand how big the platform had actually become.
THE SOLUTION
01
A site that reads like the company KNOW is now
The new site keeps KNOW's existing brand system — same mark, same colors — and rebuilds everything around it: architecture, hierarchy, and a homepage built to carry six product lines and a growing global customer base with the confidence expected of a category leader, not an earlier-stage startup.
02
AI given its own page and its own place in the story
AI-Powered Insights now has a dedicated product page and a clear place inside the platform narrative, positioned as evidence of where KNOW is headed — properly represented for the first time, without overstating it as the whole platform
03
One platform story, built to travel
The new homepage tells one coherent story instead of 11 fragmented ones — global customer proof (Domino's, Singtel, Popeyes) stated upfront, built to hold up in front of an enterprise buyer in the US or any new territory KNOW expands into next.

KEY MOMENTS
We designed:
Homepage narrative architecture, replacing the rotating tool-list headline
A dedicated page and platform placement for AI-Powered Insights
The "one platform" section unifying all six product lines
A consolidated trust bar with global customer logos and testimonials, moved above the fold
Four focused industry pages (Restaurants, Retail, Logistics, Convenience Stores), down from 12
New nested site architecture and URL structure, built in Webflow
The Get Started conversion flow
does this look like a platform ready for its next stage of global growth — or the one it already outgrew?
DESIGNING FOR CREDIBILITY
Enterprise trust bar with real customer logos, moved above the fold
Named testimonials from Domino's and Crystal Jade, consolidated rather than scattered
Scale metrics stated upfront instead of buried
One consistent visual system across every product page
BUILDING A PLATFORM STORY READY FOR WHAT'S NEXT
Unified product navigation with parent categories, replacing a flat list of 11
A first page and real narrative placement for AI-Powered Insights
A single "one platform" section carrying the whole product line
Global customer proof stated upfront, for buyers in any territory

MISSION COMPLETE
A website built for where KNOW is headed
The new site replaces eleven scattered pitches - and an identity from an earlier chapter of the company - with one story built for what's next: global expansion, an AI-powered platform, and enterprise buyers who expect both to be obvious in the first ten seconds. In the 59 days after launch, engagement per visit rose 11%, referral traffic's engagement rate jumped 46%, and every major channel sending KNOW traffic came back more engaged than before.
Because the best enterprise platforms don't just grow into new markets.
They look like they belong there before anyone asks.
